And that is a sort of simmering challenge to the Biden pardons for all sorts of folks on the basis

that those pardons were done by Autopen and therefore, I guess, the argument goes, they

weren't directed by President Biden. It merges with the argument that Biden wasn't a sound

mind and body, that he had cognitive decline, et cetera, et cetera. And so those pardons are null

and void. Even though generally speaking, the pardon power is considered to be one of the most
