And so when you come to Psalm 75 and Psalm 76 the theme the emphasis is this

that God is greater that God is greater than all the rulers of the world and that God is able to do

whatever he wants to do aren't you glad that he's your king that he's your Lord that he's

we're not in the hands of wicked men or ignorant men or people that have no more power than we do?

Psalm 76 reads this way, in Judah is God known. His name is great in Israel. I find it fascinating that both of these Psalms begin with God's name. Psalm 75 began with that thy name is near, thy wondrous works declare. Psalm 76 begins this way. His name is great in Israel. I want to say to you that God works in this world for one great purpose, and that is he wants to be known.
