Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today is the beginning of my third week teaching through a series that I've entitled

The True Nature of God.

You know, my staff put together a little pamphlet that is just a brief introduction,

kind of a summary of this thing. And so this is our first time to mention that. But this is

a free gift to you. And then we have our book on the true nature of God. This is one of the

first books that I have written. This is a foundational truth, and we are making this available

for a donation of any amount. We have it in Spanish also, and then we have CDs and DVDs. And this

series that I've been doing is just foundational. You know, if you don't understand what is the true

nature and character of God, then you are going to be susceptible

to Satan saying lies about Him. You know, let me just read a passage here that will kind of

sum up some of the things that we've talked about. Second Corinthians chapter 11, Paul was speaking.

He says, but I fear less by any means as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your mind should

be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. So this is saying, Paul is saying, that in the same way

that Satan tempted Eve that he tempts us. Satan doesn't really have any new tricks. He just uses the same thing,

puts a different wrapper, a different bowl on it, and makes you think that your situation is unique.

But he's doing the same thing that he did with Adam and Eve. And over here in Genesis chapter 3,

where the serpent came to Adam and Eve, he unto the woman yea hath God said you shall
