Today, I invite you to reflect with Father Robert Barron on the Word of God, which is the Word on Fire.

When our hearts are open,

friends we come today to the great celebration of trinity sunday it's been called the preachers

nightmares you know how do you preach about the trinity I think it shouldn't be the preacher's nightmare.

I think it should be the preacher's great opportunity

because I always tell our students here that every Sunday is Trinity Sunday.

So here's a peculiar thing about the Trinity.

At one at the same time, the Trinity is the most arcane and extraordinary of Christian doctrines and the

most ordinary. It's simultaneously the most inaccessible of doctrines and the most obvious.

Now, what do I mean? Well, on the one hand, there is a highly developed technical language regarding this great mystery.

I've been teaching the Trinity out here for 20 years.

Terms like person, imminent relation, circumcension, procession, etc., etc.
