Adam makes me record this on video too, and he promises me their only excerpts for promotion stuff.

But we have a YouTube channel now that we put lots of stuff on.

I don't follow it too closely I should, but it's sort of a DOM and his shop's project, and I don't want to give it.

But anyway, it's as weird as this thing is to do solo, to begin with, if you do it while looking at yourself, that way lies madness.

I tell you, so I need to just sort of look off into the middle distance or dog pictures or whatever.

So what to talk about?

First of all, thank you for all the nice feedback.

I always, that's just the nice feedback, the helpful feedback.

I asked listeners for their guidance about whether I should go longer than an hour.

I don't know that I'll do that today.

But, and I got a lot of people said yes.

I think a lot of people said no.

And so this is sort of one of the problems I've had for a quarter century now.

I know I don't respond to all my email, and I apologize.

Some people send very thoughtful things, and I'm in the moment.

I'm on a deadline.

I'm on a meeting, whatever, and I'm looking at it, and I'm like, this deserves a thoughtful response, and then it just gets buried.

But I do look at pretty much all my email.

I try to look at the comments on the site, in total, you know, comments are kind of a different creature.
