Snap Studios. I come from a family of police officers, Michigan State Police and the Detroit Police

Department. Both of these agencies are huge, sprawling organizations.

And my cousins will tell you that,

Of course everyone who wears a uniform doesn't like everyone else.

People are people. But, but even if you personally despise someone,

you still share a bond, a respect, you know that other person has seen things, has

been witnessed to events that folk and civilian life can never fully understand.

And this knowledge creates a camaraderie, culture, a feeling that if the person wearing this

uniform doesn't have my back then no one will and for many

the bonds created

This is not just who you work with.

These are the people you socialize with,

know each other's families with,

funerals, weddings, graduations, barbecues with.

And if you have a problem, if you see something, experience something, the

culture says you handle it within the group, no outsiders allow.

So, what happens when you take on the group itself.
