Paying's out working on a new project, so I'll be helping to facilitate today's Q&A,

along with Marie Squadwin and Philip Holloway. Thanks for sending in so many great questions.

We answered as many as we could. Before we get into your questions though,

we have a surprise guest. Last week we had the opportunity to sit down with Ryan's

defense attorney, Ashley Merchant, to get her perspective. We wanted to play some of that

interview for you now before the trial begins in April. Because this is an active case on the

verge of going to court, there were a lot of things she couldn't comment on, but that's to be expected.

I can't talk about motions in the respect of trying to influence the outcome. I can't

argue outside a court. What we filed this motion, I think it should be granted. I can tell you

that a lot of what we've done is try to level the playing fit. I am Ashley Merchant and I am a

shareholder at the Merchant Law firm and I represent Ryan and Alexander Duke. I think that anytime you're

going to take a case pro bono, you need to be morally invested in the case, if that makes sense,

you need to believe in it because if someone goes to work, they're going to work because that's how

they pay the bills. But so if you're going to work and you're not going to work to pay the bills,
