I just don't understand why people would vote somebody in who is so obviously using Clacton as a vehicle to further his own interest.

He was the Labour candidate for Clacton

and quite possibly one of the sharpest dresses we know.

So nice to have you here.

Right, so before we get into the beef, which is the very, we definitely want to get to that.

And the attempts from Farage and all of that lot to try and shame and shut you down.

First, I want to say, it's so refreshing to see someone as young as you.

You're actually younger in the flesh than you are on the screen in the papers.

It's so nice to see someone as young as you in politics.

So what was it that made you choose this path?

Yeah, I mean, I've always been interested, involved in politics, and I just felt like

young people's voices weren't really considered.

A lot of things that our generation were experiencing tuition fees, cutting EMA, the cost

to buy a house.

There's so many things that just kind of impacted us.

And I was like, well, who's going to be the voice for our generation and thought, well, I can't expect anyone else to do it, so I have to do it myself.
