Oh, my God, a lot of social media as well. Yes. A lot of me, I've got terrible nighttime habits now, you know. I am. My routine now is get to bed. Oh, sorry, that's my team's notification. You get that on the, you get that on the Goss because we are unedited, right? Yes. Bloody out. Bloody out. That sound as well is probably one of my worst sounds. It's just like, oh, something is imminent. So what does your husband say when you're scrolling through your phone in the night? Does he ever say, put it away? So I don't do it while he's like looking at me and
2:01.9	wanting a conversation but he knows there's like we get into bed we have a little chat, talk about the kids, whatever. We might watch an episode of modern family. If it's been, we don't need to know too much without your bedtime. It gives me a massage. I'm wondering where she's going with this.
