| 0:20.3 | Yeah, well, in 2016, I'd done hundreds of public speeches, |
| 0:24.3 | and I'd built our property training business to become |
| 0:28.2 | the largest business of its kind in the UK. |
| 0:31.0 | And I felt like I've achieved a goal here, but I want a new challenge. |
| 0:35.0 | And I was looking into world records, |
| 0:37.2 | because this world records for a lot of things. |
| 0:39.2 | And you know, I've interviewed David Goggins, |
| 0:40.8 | I think he got the chin-up world record, |
| 0:42.4 | and I was never going to beat that. |
| 0:44.0 | I was never going to beat any of these fitness and strength goals, |
| 0:46.7 | but I can talk. |
| 0:48.2 | And I did a bit of research, |
| 0:50.0 | and I found that the longest public speech was 37 hours. |
| 0:54.6 | And I just thought, well, I can easily smash that. |
