After not being heard from for over two days, the nude body of 22-year-old actress Karen

Copsonant is discovered on the couch inside her apartment.

Her death is initially suspected to be a drug overdose, but when the coroner discovers

a broken hyoid bone in Karen's throat, he rules that she was a victim of strangulation.

Years later, Karen's death would be linked to conspiracy theories surrounding the assassination

of John F. Kennedy, an allegation that she made an anonymous phone called a warn people

of his death minutes before it happened.

After that, the trail went cold.
