Summary

January 28, 2008. Little Rock, Arkansas. 45-year old John Glasgow leaves his home and fails to show up for work at his office, so he is subsequently reported missing. The following day, John’s abandoned SUV is discovered in a parking lot at Petit Jean State Park over 70 miles away, but an extensive search of the park fails to find him. Rumours circulate that John’s disappearance may be linked to stress he had been experiencing over an external audit at his workplace, but no evidence is found to indicate that John did anything illegal. In 2015, John’s skeletal remains are discovered at the base of a cliff only one mile from where his vehicle had been found, but a cause of death cannot be determined. Why did John Glasgow drive to Petit Jean State Park? Was his death a suicide or did foul play take place? On this week’s episode of “The Trail Went Cold”, we explore a missing persons case in which the recovery of the victim’s remains failed to provide any conclusive answers. If you happen to have any information about this case, please contact the Conway County Sheriff’s Office at (501) 354-2411.
