Carson City, Nevada.

While visiting her father, 16-year-old Natasha Jennings is found dead inside of bedroom

at his apartment.

An electric fan is lying over Natasha's body, her hair is damp, and even though traces

of cocaine and methamphetamine are inside Natasha's nostrils, no drugs are found in

her system, and the medical examiner cannot determine her exact cause of death.

There are few theories involving foul play, including the possibility that Natasha was

murdered because her father was a drug informant, but these are never substantiated, and no one

can figure out how Natasha died.

After that, the trail went cold.

I'm your host Robin Warder, and today I'm going to be covering a perplexing case in

which no scenario seems to make sense, the unexplained 1997 death of Natasha Jennings.

This story was featured on one of the later episodes of Unsaw Mysteries, and I consider

it to be one of the more underrated segments because while it is not a heavily discussed

case, it is definitely a major headscratcher.

Natasha Jennings was a 16-year-old girl who decided to spend a few weeks staying with

her estranged father as she had not seen him in many years, and was trying to rekindle

the relationship.

But tragically, Natasha would wind up dead inside her father's apartment under very mysterious

circumstances.
