While attending a house party, 20-year-old university student Chris Metallic becomes intoxicated

and leaves to walk back to his residence but never arrives.

Nearly four hours later, an eyewitness spots Chris walking down a rural road located 15

kilometers away before he disappears into the woods.

A search of the area turns up some footprints and a pair of flip-flops Chris had been wearing

but Chris himself is never found and there is no explanation for how he wound up at this

location.

After that, the trail went cold.

Home Country of Canada to cover a pair of unsolved missing persons cases, the 2012 disappearance

of Chris Metallic and the 1992 disappearance of Dean Mortensen.
