43-year-old insurance agent Steven Gerai

bones the mother of his 33-year-old wife, Mary Lou Gerai,

and asked her to visit Mary Lou at their house

to help her prepare for a party.

When Mary Lou's mother arrives,

she discovers that her daughter has been shot four times.

Since the arrest use with the marriage,

and Steven stands to collect on a substantial life insurance policy

for Mary Lou's death,

he is viewed as a person of interest,

but seems to have an alibi for the time of the murder.

However, there is suspicion that Steven's alibi

may have been fabricated,

but since there is no direct evidence to implicate him,

Mary Lou's murder remains unsolved.
