Luis Perry begins her new book that case against the sexual revolution by observing that

Marilyn Monroe and Hugh have never born the same year and are buried in the same graveyard.

But, quote, they experienced sexual liberation very differently.

Monroe Perry writes, never had much say in what men did to her over the course of her short

life.

The sexual revolution promised women liberation, but men were the real beneficiaries.

Women, as well as children, paid the price for that.

At the beginning of her book, Perry includes a poem.

It's called Conversation with an Archaeologist written by Holly McNish.

Quote, he said they found a brothel on the dig he did last night.

I asked him how they know.

He sighed a pit of baby's bones.

A pit of newborn baby's bones was how to spot a brothel.

The ideas of the sexual revolution have had consequences and victims.
