real estate market with office space in major cities sitting empty.

The economy is slowing in prices for many of the major reeds getting rock.

It has one of our traders wondering if the sector is so bad, it's good.

Plus search substitute shares of alphabet falling on worries that Samsung could hang up

on Google and switch to being for its mobile phones.

What kind of dent would this have on alphabet search dominance?

And later marks $11 billion biotech buy towards some slush related surge and Netflix chilled

ahead of tomorrow's results.

We start off with that trade that made us go, hmm, someone on this desk dipping their

toe in the much beaten down office reeds space buying small stakes in a couple stocks that

have already been hit hard this year for NATO Realty and Boston properties.

So both were up to date, they've each lost more than 20% in 2023, the two worst performing

reeds in the sector, in fact.

And both face continued headwinds from the regional banking crisis in the looming recession.

So Karen, what sparked your interest in these two?
