The sun was shining and the air was dry as it usually was in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As she'd done all of March

1999, Cindy V. Hill paced the sidewalk, working the street, looking for a client. An RV pulled into a nearby parking lot. The

driver was an older-looking man with weather wrinkled skin. He waved at her,

calling her towards him.

She approached the RV.

The man asked her to step inside,

so they could discuss business.

Inside, space was cramped, the man's tall, wide frame imposing as he slowly moved between her and the door.

She asked what he wanted to do, and he pulled out some handcuffs.

At that moment, a woman with a wild look

burst through the bathroom door,

a stun baton raised in her hands.

The woman slammed the stun baton into Cinty Vihill's stomach.

Vihill dropped to the ground as the man cuffed her arms together.

The man and woman laughed as they towered over her.
