What up guys. All right today, I am like obsessed, obsessed with doing health interviews right now, guys, because it is like our freaking superpower.

It's the thing that when we focus on, when we focus on our hormones, when we focus on sleep, when we focus on our cycle, when we really focus on these things, like it literally is like having a superpower.
