condo is they going to end up taking their place. Is that true. That is absolutely true. No, I did not know that. For years and years, you drive by the NBC studios and you would see those people lining up to see the Tonight Show. Lined up every day. I've been here so long that I caught the end of people lining up for Johnny Carson's tonight show, then people doing, you know, Jay Leno's Tonight show. The Conor O'Brien show, no one would line up for it, but they would protest for it. They did, however, never watch it. But still. Why were they protest? I'm not fair. No, didn't you remember when they were going to, they finally realized that the ratings were not coming in for Conan O'Brien. Oh, I see. to Jay people are outside protesting, like, no, we love, we're Team Coco. That's great. But you're under 25, and you don't watch late-night television. You sit and watch things on your TV, so you're not doing the network any good. So your protests are meaningless to them. Well, also, it is adjacent to Johnny Carson Park, which is right there now.
