Hi guys this is Joel and Mitra and before you listen to today's episode, we just wanted to record a little message and let you know that this

episode was banked it was recorded in May before sort of we were living through

the defining civil rights moment of our time.

Yeah and we just wanted to first of all give you that disclaimer but still put the

episode out because I know that we've gotten some very nice messages from people just saying that this

is a show that allows them to decompress and relax and since we have this banked episode we want to put it out but we also just wanted to let

you know that for the time being we will be taking a little break. Yeah, just a little hiatus and it's not,

listen, this is not an intrinsic judgment of anyone else who is continuing to do their

podcast.

We just feel because our podcast tonally is so much about making light of you know

your problems that you call and and email us and it's that sort of energy is just not something that Mitra and I right now feel prepared to bring to the table.

Yes and we really really love doing the podcast and we really love your questions and your involvement

and it's been such a source of joy to us and we really want to come back to doing it.

We just want to do it when it feels more appropriate to do so.

So when it matches the current moment we plan to return.

And yeah, so this is not a forever goodbye.

This is just going to be for a little while

and we will be back.

And in the meantime, you know, we just encourage everybody

to stay activated and stay, you know stay involved.
