This is a huge point, even though it is rather easily to state.

Excellence is in the quality of your next conversation. How deeply do you

listen? How much empathy and compassion do you use? Excellence is in your next meeting.

Do you actively engage in the group discussions? Do you step up to challenge others to push for

better? Do you contribute positively to the team's success?

Excellence is in your next client communication. Do you take the extra step to provide

personalized service to create a memorable experience, one that leaves a lasting positive

impression? Excellence is in the next networking counter. Do you make a genuine effort to connect with others?

Ask thoughtful questions and follow up to build lasting relationships.
