first baseman Paul Goldschman now Paul is notoriously and notoriously probably

isn't the fair word but he would acknowledge it himself.

He's not someone who usually really enjoys doing interviews.

I draw a parallel with Scott Roland as a matter of fact the Cardinal third baseman

great ball player loved the game didn't really care for some of the stuff that came with it such as interviews.

However, last week we were able to sit down and have a conversation and and as

Paul said when we got done he goes that was good that was good and I guess I think I gave you something there at the end I go yeah you did so

It was good to have a conversation with him. He's a great guy. It's just he's just not somebody who really cares for interviews.

He's probably somebody who, Cardinal fans, should he have a great Cardinal career will love because historically

Cardinal fans have enjoyed guys who just love the game and

and just to avoid the BS for the most part and Goldschmidt would certainly fall
