It is a, it's a stereotype about a

podcast that couldn't be more accurate in this case because the Home Loan

Expert.com studio is are in my basement. I find that with the questions from

the audience I am at my best, at least what I think is my best, you might think my worst,

when I'm alone and I have the house to myself because sometimes we record questions from the

audience right after the radio show and even though the radio show is the antithesis of heavy lifting,

for whatever reason, and Gangster Pete and I have discussed this, for whatever reason, and I

just know me at this point, after doing it for now we can save, officially, 15 years, that I need time in between the end of the show and starting up whatever the next thing is even

going to work out which is what I usually do right after the radio show for

whatever reason I'd be like 15 minutes to a half hour. I have no idea what that's about

I'm like I said I feel like this is really just like me talking or trying to talk to therapists

out there to try to figure out what the fuck's going on with me. But when it comes to questions from the audience, I have the house to

myself. Those of you with children can totally relate to what that means. Two years ago I had no idea how valuable that was because

that's all I ever had was either the house to myself or just the house to me and

my wife and so at any moment this serenity will come to an end. I don't know when

Jamison will be returning. He is with Anna Marie's parents and and you will

hear I think you'll hear screaming. I always promise this but I haven't I don't think it's happened yet
