I'm really looking forward to later this hour talking to Tim Sandipur about the Supreme

Court. He is my favorite expert on the topic and the news a lot. We'll not be asking the same,

you know, idiotic, meaningless questions about Amy Coney Barrett as her confirmation is virtually

short. We'll be talking about the court in general, why it's such a big deal. What's originalism?

That sort of thing. Well, I came up, I don't know how many times yesterday, the fact that she's an

originalist, what is that? Tim will explain it and if you're not an originalist, what are you?
