She goes on say he put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me.

A nasal nozzle. This was in Connecticut so it is the nutmeg nasal nozzle.

Or here's an alternative theory I haven't seen sufficiently pursued.

Joe Biden is actually an adolescent golden retriever.

No, no, no, no. He is a man who is sometimes inappropriate with women.

He is too handsy or perhaps too nosy in this case.

Although the Connecticut accuser Amy Lapis does go on to tell the current quote,

if Joe Biden truly supports women and gender equality, he would step aside and support one

of the many talented and qualified women running. The same goes for the other man who have thrown

their hat into the ring. So Joe Biden gave an unasked for Eskimo kiss.

He definitely shouldn't have done that. I probably shouldn't call it that,

but the conclusion is in 2009, nose kiss cut to, hey Bernie Sanders, you should drop out of the race.

Okay, I don't mean to diminish the Joe Biden inappropriate touching if the women say that it was
