When a young girl is invited to the palace to spin yarn for the Queen, she’s promised quite a reward — marriage to the prince — if she can finish the job. There’s just one problem … she doesn’t actually know how to spin! Just when all seems lost, three magical ladies appear and agree to help, asking only for an invitation to the girl’s future wedding. 1:32.2	Cassandra was quite lazy and refused to spin. Her mother tried and tried to get her to spin the flax and make the yarn to do something. But the girl refused.

1:50.0	whenever her mother tried to get her to spin.
1:53.0	And it so happened that one day
1:56.0	when Cassandra was in tears refusing once again to spin,
2:01.5	that the queen was driving by and heard her crime.
2:06.5	She came down from her carriage and knocked on the door.
2:11.7	When she asked the mother what the crime was all about,
2:15.4	the woman was too ashamed to admit how lazy her daughter was.
