Friends Dennis Prager here I watched some of the some of the highlights speeches last night at the

Republican National Convention and thought they were all excellent. I watched

Nicky Haley Vivek Rawa Swami and and Rob Desantis. Did I miss anybody? Those were the three major I think speeches and

it was actually quite moving. I thought Mickey Haley was her sophisticated self and whatever his attacks on her, to his credit and to her credit, they have clearly reconciled at least publicly, which is what matters in these matters.

I don't think it's our business, how they get along personally.

I'll tell you what I did sense, a calm air of confidence, which is not what one would have expected just a few months ago, let alone a year ago, two years ago, three years ago,

when it did seem that the left was in the ascendant in the United States of America in every single arena.

It had smashed the military, the secret service, the universities, the medical schools, the

law associations, the American Medical Association, the Boy Scouts, it had wrecked everything because it wrecks

everything it touches. It is almost impossible and I've spent my life studying the left to know what it stands for

other than wrecking.
