Cuffin season.

All right, I am grateful for this message that God has given me.

And I think this is one that you're gonna come back to

for decades to come to figure out how to get away from

the things that are no longer serving you.

Uh-oh.

I'm gonna go ahead and start writing on this one, okay?

Because I got too many notes for the time limit.

But many of us, I'm finding as I journey on my adulthood life.

And let me just say adulthood sucks, okay?

Let me just go ahead, kids, stay kids as long as you can.

Adulting trash.

But on my journey of adulting, along the way we pick up many things

that we connect to or cuff to that serve us in one season,

that we never uncuff from when they're not serving us anymore.

It used to be the only way you could function.

But now it's keeping you from functioning.
