I think I've mentioned this on the podcast already or maybe it was just in self-coaching society that I was sharing it. But Heath and I have booked a trip to Japan for over the Thanksgiving period and we're both just so psyched.

We're excited for, of course Japan, it's such a cool place to visit.

We live in Miami, it's always hot here.

And the last time we were in Japan was 2016. I was looking at my old photos. So eight years ago, I was

32, much newer in my business. I remember delivering a call via free conference call in a Tokyo hotel room.

In fact, we were enjoying the trip so much

because it was the, in the early stages of me working for myself,

I was able to extend the trip, right, without permission, without having to check in with a boss.

There were so many things kind of happening in my life at that time that it just felt like a really

gorgeous fun place to be. And also, outside of just being in Tokyo and having all of the

Tokyo fun, it was me and my gorgeous friend Kim, we also went to Kyoto, this other lovely, very spiritual place in Japan.

And I was speaking to my husband about this recently and I was like, oh, I just feel like going back to Japan now is such a good idea because I turned 40 this year.

I'm expanding in new ways, in directions kind of like I was eight years ago.

I have a lot of affection for that version of me.

Right, let's look back and love ourselves guys like why wouldn't we but I feel like you know maybe

some new portals are opening and going to Kyoto just feels like mmm the perfect
