Now as a life coach, as someone who's really primed my brain, understand how it works, and someone who focuses on the aspects of my life that please me, on my strengths, leaning into areas of my life that are going to be easier for me because of who I am, because I know myself,

there are a few things that I've come to appreciate over the years about who I am,

because that's my focus and I want that to be your focus for your life.

Are you leaning into your strengths? Do you know who you are?

Are you always focused on what it is that you can be do and have?

Your life utterly changes once you understand this and you unlock the truth of this wisdom.

With all of these things in place, having done so much work on myself over the years,

I was thinking just this past weekend about one part of me that if everything else fell away if just say something happened to me or areas

where I feel strong right now just that that ceased to be, or something changed, or maybe my life

fell apart or an era of my life fell apart.

If I come back to one truth within myself, the one thing that I like, trust, feel most safe about because of this reality in my life,

because of this truth that I know in my heart, I know I'm going to be okay.

Because the thing that I really like and appreciate most about myself is my ability, my confidence to handle life's challenges.
