I don't want to say dark or whatever, but sort of have a little bit of negativity to it.

At the same time, the opposite, have some light and brightness to it.

And so let's just get right into it because this was your idea.

And what I would like to do is talk about the fact that we are diving into something we mentioned many, many podcasts ago.

Yeah, just a one liner in a early podcast. And then we figured,

you know what? What if we dive in? What if we expand on that a little bit more? And then I want

to actually share some of my like experiences with it because like you said, it can become a bit

dark. And we try to keep these podcasts as light as possible because you know we want to be uplifting we don't want people to walk away feeling bad of course but i don't care about people i just like to feel

yeah but you know this is one that i think that even talking about something that can be a negative

thing you know as long as we can like help each other through it you know there is a positive

outcome right yeah so yeah's, that's it.
