happy that day. I'm excited about this episode because I have a guest that I've been trying to get on the show

for a while. You think it would be easier because she literally works at my practice, but we've had

quite a time doing that. So we finally have her. Her name is Stacy. She is a therapist who works at

Three Quartz Therapy, which is my practice, and she's amazing.

Today, specifically, we talked about her experience going to therapy and becoming a therapist

as a black woman in our culture and in our society.
