Off-top. So the server stuff been thinking about it a lot today, and

it's a lot to be upset and confused and angry about, but I didn't want to do that.

Like, I think the way it hit me after thinking about a lot is like, we aren't fully formed at 1821

78, I don't know how it is, but like, we're always kind of changing and there's different events

and people and stories and just stuff that happens in our life that changes us in little ways

and sometimes, sometimes in big ways. And hopefully it changes for like, for the good.

I can think of lots of things from the recent last week that like, embarrass me. I think

of things on a teenager that make me cringe. To be honest, like, what I thought about today

was like, I'm still embarrassed about one time a year ago. Like, I kind of went off on air

and Rogers on TV about the vac situation and it's embarrassing. It was like emotional and

reflexive and like, accomplished nothing. And it was that, I think it was that like, the lack of

empathy that I had for him in that situation was like, hypocritical in that I was kind of yelling

about wanting him to have empathy for other people. So anyway, that particular embarrassment,

it was like a pinch. Like, it hurt. It was a pinch. Every time I thought about it, every time

someone brought it up to me and like, randomly, it would come into my mind and it will be like,

a reminder incentive, like a stick, not a carrot for sure, but it was a stick that reminded me

to like, evolve or change or be closer to the person that I want to be and like, try to bring

the empathy that I expect from other people to try to bring it to other situations and

not be like grandstandy. This was another opportunity. Whenever someone does something

ridiculous in sports, it's an opportunity for me to like, test that in. I mean, it's just in life

in general. So like, my first instinct when I saw everything came up was like to be all grandstandy

and indignant and then realize there's plenty of people doing that. It's no need for me to do that.
