Well, right off the bat, you know, if you're following us on social media, if you follow the things that we get involved in, you'll see last night we had a very good victory here in Texas.

It is official that the second Texas special session has been come, has come to an end. It's over.

And last night, you saw Dan Patrick make a last ditch effort for a full-on ban of THC, and it failed.

And from the looks of it, it was that the House sided with Greg Abbott's governor's call that called for regulation and not a ban.

And then Dan Patrick, of course, you know, never being one to give up on something when you have big donors giving him so much money.

He didn't want to let that fly. but unfortunately for him, he was forced to.

So Dan Patrick ceded his loss last night via Twitter talking about he and the Senate are still of the opinion that it needs to be banned.

Now, what does this mean moving for?

Well, the hemp ban is dead, and as it stands now, we still are in need of common sense regulation.
