Hey, you guys, welcome to this week's edition of the pantry chat,

food for thought. Today, I am really exciting to, really excited to be able to continue on

our discussion about toxins in our body. We've been talking about this over the last few months after Josh and I had

some toxin testing done and realized we had some really high levels of certain things. Now,

one of the things we did not have high levels of, luckily, were environmental toxins that came

from household products, which is really exciting to us.

And I think it's a testament of all the things that we've been doing over the last few years

to try and make sure we're using really clean products in our house or making our own.
