Summary

Often when we seek God's will for our lives, we have good intentions, but also expectations. Perhaps God's will for us isn't always comfortable. Pastor Drew Shepp shares what we can learn about submitting to God's will in difficult seasons from Jesus' example in the Garden of Gethsemane.

I want you to imagine for a moment Jesus in the Garden of Gassimony. You know, he knew full well what was ahead for him. His heart was burdened and even broken, but at one point he went to his knees in the garden. And here's what

Sometimes those mountains that need moving are right within us, my guest says. You know, sometimes those mountains within us block our view of who God is and what his purposes are for us. So that's what we're talking about today, how to live in the tension of our will and God's will. My friend, Pastor Drew Shep, will join me again today. We're going to get him on about every month to just look at different stories from Scripture and get a deeper look and how they apply to us. We'll get him on in just a moment.
