hope you all had a very nice very happy new year a great new year's even that you're not too hungover

and dying since it's it's now January 2nd but the new year's of hangover can often be a 48 hour

one at the minimum but we're in the year of our Lord 2020 now and you know how everyone is talking

about how the how will the 2010s be defined what will you look back on that decade four or

as and for me that shit is easy like the first time somebody asked me that question I was like what

you fucking kidding me social media like foreign away the most impactful thing of the decade for me

not just to me personally and obviously my career is focused on it but I think on the world as a whole

from my perspective it has been the most impactful thing that is that has come into existence

in this past 10 years the growth of it the way I mean surely social media existed in some form

or format before 2010 but what it has become with Instagram with Snapchat with TikTok being the

latest absurd version of it that's exploded it's nuts and it has a much bigger impact on our society

than I like I think a lot of us realize and and you know during the holidays during the new year

during a new year especially a lot of us struggle with using social media in a healthy way it becomes

a very unhealthy part of our lives instead we simply use it it serves as a place basically to

compare ourselves to others right like compare your family to other families your vacation to other

people's vacations and on and on and on and that shit is not good for you it's terrible and that's
