A solemn night, a very solemn night.

It's Sunday evening 7-14 pm, about an hour ago, so came news that Bob Sagitt had passed away.

A new Bob.

I don't know what this is about.

I don't know quite what to make of it yet.

I'm trying to do this show as honestly and openly as I can and I had another show planned, but I have to figure in Bob to this because he was so great at what he did.

I'll get to him toward the end of the show, but by the time you hear this it'll be Monday morning and there'll be a lot more information perhaps.

Maybe you know things I don't know yet, I've got calls out to certain people or mutual friends and I'm not even sure what they'll know.

But Bob had been very vocal recently after the death of Norm McDonald because Bob directed the movie Dirty Work, which Norm and Arty laying started.

When Norm died, Bob went on air and did his, I don't know, 30 minutes or so on what Norm meant to him.

He did a beautiful bunch of pictures and a video presentation and told some really great beautiful stories and he cried and rightfully so.

And then when Arty laying got his podcast back up after his problems, he had normal Bob on right away and they talked about Norm because that's what they have in common.

It's amazing if you go back a year ago, which one of those three guys is going to die first? Arty laying, Bob Sagitt or Norm McDonald. Arty laying would be way ahead of that race.

I'm glad it's not Arty. I love Arty. I didn't know Norm, although he did in a strange way take my job at Highstakes Poker for one season.
