Why hello and welcome to the php on booker that's Perez how you doing? I'm okay enough it's probably a combination of things I'm in pain right now

I don't know if that's because I'm getting older or I'm going a little too hard or doing different things I mentioned recently that I've been doing these online zoom fitness classes and I think I'm like an inch or a hair or just near a broken toe like my toe hurts so much

I think this also comes with age like I just don't want to go get it looked at that that just takes three or four hours

Well, there's nothing you could do with the toe if you break a toe you know what they do nothing

Oh, they say stay off your toe so there's really nothing you could do there's no toe cat or anything like that so you know just kind of stay off of it I know how did you hurt it?

I think exercise I don't even know that's the thing and then now that I'm in the zone I'm not stopping working out I'm just modifying as I'm going but like it's like I'm

I had it had it just take a pain pill and it's like whatever I'm just like I feel like my body's falling apart and I'm like oh god

I'm gonna turn 43 soon and everybody's dying and everybody's sick and oh god I hope my mom lasts a while these are the thoughts in my head

But thankfully my kids are out of the house for a little bit this week they're in tennis camp which is not that fancy

They had been taking tennis once a week and then the pandemic hit and they canceled tennis so they decided instead of giving us a refund

For all of those missed classes that they were going to do a tennis camp for a week so I'm thankful for that

My mom used to be though this is all I'll keep it to 40 seconds max my mom used to be you know one of the many many many reasons

That I've been so stressed is because my mom used to be a big help in my life doing so many different things like the

Shit work you know like the errands like go to the supermarket pump put gas in my car put put air in my tires go to the

Bank go to the PO box etc etc now I've been doing well I wish trader Joe's delivered if they did then I wouldn't

Even leave my house at all for anything. I don't know why they don't but I like going to trader Joe's because it helps me to be healthy

I like their pre-made salads. I like all their healthy options blah blah blah blah but my mom still has me order for her and the kids at

Ralph's which has

Pick up that you can go and they they they deliver to your car. Did you know that yeah, you did okay? I didn't know that

I just I just thought people had either delivery routes also delivers. Yes

But there are less options. That's what my sister to claim. That's how we started using it
