Summary

February 16, 2025. Shots and screams filled the early morning in a Tamarac, FL, neighborhood as Mary Gingles fled her home after her father, David Ponzer, was shot. Her soon-to-be ex-husband, Nathan Gingles, calmly stalked her down the street as she banged on her neighbors’ doors, pleading for help. Within minutes, Nathan murdered David, Mary, and her neighbor, Andrew Ferrin, and walked away with his four-year-old daughter, resulting in an exhaustive Internal Affairs investigation of the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.

So tonight's case, Aaron, is one of those that infuriates us, one of those that we see all too many

everything right. They try to report everything to the police. They try to get

restraining orders. They do everything that you're supposed to do. And sometimes it still doesn't

which is, what can law enforcement do when there is a history of behavior that one would
