Ah, hanging in there. Hanging in there? Yeah, hanging in there. A little too much due, little too many things on the go, but that's life these days.

It's still too hot outside, all the, all the regular things we complain about.

Is it hot outside?

It's extremely.

I've been outside in a couple of days.

Yeah, I didn't really leave the house much today.

I mean, I walked out the back door for a minute, but I was out a lot on the weekend and

it was way too hot. It's still way too hot. And as you know, my house has inadequate air conditioning.

So, oh my God, it's too hot. You should sleep with an ice pack. Do you sleep with an ice pack?

No, I feel like that would just get wet as the night went on. Well, it depends on the quality of the ice pack.

Okay.

You know, wrap it in a cloth, it'll be fine.

And the condensation is going to wick away the heat.

You should get one of those, you know those face masks you put in the freezer?

And you get nice and cooled or like a liquid that gets super cooled.

Right.
