How are you doing?

I'm doing okay.

Yeah.

I'm a little stressed out today and I'm not entirely sure why. You ever get that feeling where he is like something's wrong, but I don't know what it is. You have to try and puzzle it out.

Yeah, you know what's funny? I do more than I used to too, and sometimes I wake up in the morning and I feel like I had a

stressful sleep which I know sounds kind of weird but like I'll wake up the morning in my my neck will be tense and I'll be like was I just stress sleeping why can't

I relax in bed like what's going on is it the pillow is the mattress is it

is it something else I don't know but that never used to happen and it seems to be

happening a little more frequently now and it's weird and I don't like it.

Getting old is not easy.

Do you think it's just bad?

It's just getting old and I worry about stuff?

Well, yeah, I'm having trouble sleeping, yeah, probably.

No, I've always kind of felt this way.

I've never really been in touch with my emotions.

So, you know, and I'd have an emotion and be like, what the fuck is that about? And I have to figure out, I have to logic out why I'm feeling the way I'm feeling.

So, you know, as of about four o'clock today, I just started feeling stress and I don't know why.

I haven't figured it out yet.
