but you know there's very few things in my life that I've done 650 of I know almost none in fact the amount of

commitment that it requires to do 650 of something that's

it's impressive but it's not something that I'm used to and should not be taken lightly

Apologies to everyone for being a couple days late on this one. I know the timing was poor because

fear just ended, but here we are. Some stuff got in the way. We couldn't do our normal Monday night,

so I hope you will forgive us we are here now.
