Of course we are. We are of course here to talk about the latest spin-off in The Walking Dead universe, which we will get to momentarily. But as always, I like to start things off by asking you Jason. How are you doing? How's your week going?

Fine. Thanks. You didn't sound so sure about that.

Well, my son was homesick today, so I took the day off to to be with him and support his dubious malingering. I'm not sure.

Okay, dubious. I see what you're saying there. It's too bad that he's homesick. It's too bad that it's dubious, but it's good that you took the day off to make sure he was okay.

He has a cough. He felt a little rundown. Yeah, this said it was stomach was upset and he fell asleep awfully quickly this evening. So something's going on, but I don't know if it's stay home from school worthy.

Got it. Got it. Not tomorrow. That's for sure. No, he's going in tomorrow, whether he likes it or not.

Well, he came home sick Monday, like he went to school on Monday, but they called us and said come get him. He's not feeling well.

So I don't know, you know, he might have been sick or might be feeling a little sick and he's very smart and knows how to play his parents like a fucking fiddle.

So I'm skeptical. He was probably sick on the weekend, but you know, it's the weekend. He doesn't want the weekend to be ruined. So he just powers through. And then when Monday comes, it's like, oh, I'm not feeling great. You know, can't do anything today.

Yeah, so yeah, we did sit down for a good while and I made him go through his school workbook that we have that, you know, to do extra work. Yes, it's kind of like homework kind of thing. So we did, we did a bunch of that. So we plowed through it. I made him do some school.

Well, I hope he learned something and I hope you learned something as well.

Yeah, we did a whole bunch of math problems and both realized that some of the math problems had plus signs and not all of them were minus signs.

And we both realized at the same time and had to go back and redo some math.

Oh, wow. All right. We both learned that together.

Good times.

All right. Well, I've been pretty busy lately today. I mean, today, the day job, I would say was challenging to say the least. So I was sort of feeling that and we have this French exchange student living with us.

She's been here, you know, close to three weeks already or two. I can't remember.

And so it's a big adjustment in my house right now. We've, we went up north this weekend pretty far up north to give her a northern Ontario, you know, sort of early fall experience.

We wanted to do it before the weather got too fall like that was amazing, really, really, really fun.
