Hey everyone, welcome to The Talking Dead Podcast. My name is Chris, my name is Jason, and this is episode number 625.

And I think I say this every time we do this, but it's a very special episode of the show because we are joined by our friends Lucy and Jason from the cast of us. Welcome guys.

Hello. They're like, what podcast is that? Yeah, well, formerly The Walking Dead, now the cast of us, but obviously there's a very good reason for that.

Jason, cabassia, I feel like you and I have chatted quite a lot over the last several weeks. I know. You're probably sick of me right now.

No, not quite yet, not quite yet. I mean, if we had to do any more of this maybe, but one more, one more, that's right. We did it because we've been doing Mandalorian.

That's right. A full run on season three of the Mandalorian. Just a couple of days ago, we resurrected the Evil Dead cast for an episode about Evil Dead Rise, which is in theaters now. So that was a kind of fun.

So I feel like I know what's going on in your life, Jason, but Lucy, it's been a little while. It's been a whole minute. And I've not seen Jason in three months or something.

It's been a while. Oh, you and I have seen a bit about a month, but the three, the four of us, we were together about three months ago for the end of The Walking Dead.

Yeah, we're still like reeling from that. Yeah, it's been, it's been wild. I feel like we're coming out of a long winter. Like I was looking outside today and I was like, oh, it's like springtime again. And yeah, I know it's great. Great to be here. I'm really glad we're doing the crossover.

And I was saying just before we started recording, I, I just had such frickin' busy time when we were covering the last of us that I didn't manage to listen to any other podcasts about it.

So I don't know if Jason and Chris of The Walking Dead cast liked or disliked it. So I'm really psyched to find out. I had at the start of the week, I was like, should I go and listen?

I'm like, no, I want to hear all fresh. So yeah, I'm really, really excited to talk about it.

Cool. Well, that's good. We of course are going to do that. It's our season ending wrap-up crossover for the last of us season one. This will be part one. The other part will be on the cast of us, your guys show.

And I wasn't going to ask everybody what sort of they thought about the season overall, because I'm pretty sure I already knew. I think I know how you guys felt, but if you guys don't know how we felt, then maybe I still won't ask them. We'll just get into it.

But I mean, I'm presuming you guys liked it, given that you were not originally going to cover it. And then you ended up covering it.

That is true. We were going to do just the first episode and just couldn't stop after that. So it's no secret certainly to our listeners that we loved it. And we're super happy covering it. It was a lot of fun.

All right, so nobody here hated it. No. Okay, good. Doesn't sound like that's good. That's good. So what is your gamer status? Are you like gamer people or are you non gamers?

Well, that was going to be my big question to start. Just go around really quickly and ask about your experience with the video game, because our listeners know that I played it years ago just once.

And I didn't really recall it very well, to be honest, I remembered some of the big moments and things like that, but the finer details I didn't really recall. So going into the TV show for me was pretty fresh, which was, which was nice.

And I know Jason Miles, you never played it. So it was all 100% new to you.

It was all new to me. I am a gamer and I've played a lot of games, but I never, it was a PlayStation exclusive, wasn't it?
