The secret is staying up well past your bedtime and being completely exhausted all the time. And the time change has no effect.

Just be really tired as your normal state of being and you'll you won't even notice. That's exactly correct.

But I want to mention first that listener Debbie sent me an email and asked about my plans for a while.

I'm in San Francisco in a week and a half for the big finale little more than we can have.

And I think it's I think I do want to talk about that. But I'll save it for the end of the podcast because I know it doesn't really apply to that many listeners.
