I'm doing okay, Christopher. How are you? Good to hear. I'm doing all right. I may be running

this week with a mild concussion. As we were talking about earlier, I fell down earlier

tonight and bonked the back of my head on some ice. You'll be fine. I hope so. That's my that's

my professional podcaster opinion. I mean, that's why you're here to make sure you can reassure me

when I hurt myself or or have a bad day or or just do something I'm not happy with. So good job.

Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I'm sure you're fine. I hope so. I feel okay. It was just a

I don't know, a scary fall that I didn't enjoy participating in. Well, any fall at our age is

scary. That really is scarier from this point forward. I can point where you don't go skating

anymore, Chris. But I have to. That's what I do. That's what I do in the winter. I just took

a little bit of a tumble this time. So I'll got to be more careful in the future. Hopefully,

I'll a lot of make it through the evening. Do I use a chair? Like grab a grab a chair out of

the kitchen and skate around with that. That way you have a little bit of support. Good. That's a

great idea. That's a great idea. That's how you learn how to skate, right? It's it's true. Yeah,

if I went back in time 40 years, I might do that when I was learning to skate. Well, you know,

I mean, our lives are bookended by the same conditions, right? Can't walk, need a chair to skate,

you know, all kinds of stuff. Great. That's that's something to look forward to.

Anyways, looking forward to this podcast here. We're really just going to cover

the next two episodes of the stand pretty much. Not a lot of news or feedback or anything
