well hi chris how are you okay j, how are you?

Okay, Jason, how are you doing?

Good, how was your day?

You know, it was all right, but I'm a little bit tired, my throat hurts and my, I'm a little congested I think so I feel like I may be getting a cold

Oh, well that sucks it does it does suck my you might be where the ides of March, right?

I guess, yeah, and it's giving me a cold.

You know, I'll be fine, I think, and I hope, but it's one of those things where I woke up in the middle of the night last night and didn't feel very good and then sat there for like two hours not knowing what to do and not being able to sleep until I did finally fall asleep again but by then it was almost time to get up for the day anyways.

So it's really screwed my day up.

Same thing happened to me, woke up, don't know why, I wasn't sick, but just couldn't fall asleep for a couple of hours.

Which never happens to me. I'm usually a good sleeper.

You're very lucky in that regard. I am not such a good sleeper at least in the recent I don't know a couple of years I feel like it's gone downhill

So I need to do something about that, but not right now because instead of going to bed I'm going to stay up and record a podcast with you.
