It's an off week for the Walking Dead.

There's no fear this week and it's a Wednesday,

so that's sort of an unusual day for us to be recording anyhow, but we are here for a very specific purpose.

And you may know what that is or you may not, but the opening clip I played there referenced a very

important and upsetting and distressing news article and that's what we're here to

talk about today. Yeah you told me about this and now we're going to talk about it.

We sure are. So, um, this isn't going to take too long, I don't think, but I didn't want to let this go until next week. I felt like we needed to address it right away.

So last night, yesterday evening around 5 p.m. is news broke that Mr. Andrew Lincoln will be leaving the Walking Dead

during season 9. During season 9 not after 9, but in the midst of at some point during?

Yeah, well, let me give you some more information here.

Collider.com was the first outlet to report this and they you know they they

quoted sources as their as their source of the information. No one specific, of course.

Apparently it was later independently confirmed by Entertainment Weekly.

So once that happened, this story really had some legs
